Excellent location, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, well-connected to public transportation, nice bar, friendly staff.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to many tourist sites, such as Neues Museum and other attractions. the hotel is located in a quieter neighborhood, yet very near to the ubahn, making it easy to get around. The rooms are large and modern, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast choice is generally good, and the staff at the reception and check-in were friendly and competent.

The bar staff could be quite arrogant and unhelpful, making it difficult to enjoy a drink in the hotel bar.

The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. We had an easy check in, the staff was efficient.

Staff and rooms were superb, I really enjoyed it. I was offered a perfect breakfast with eggs from powder:)))

Convenient subway access, high ceilings, and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast service, and eco-conscious minibar practice. Pleasing decorations and great amenities at a fair price for multiple nights. Clean, tidy spaces with a good bar make for a comfortable stay. Walkable distance to Old Town and Museum Island offers easy exploration of Berlin.

The hotel is fairly clean, its stuff and rooms are very good.

The twin room was immaculate and had a mini-bar, central heating and an iron. Staff was sweet as always.

It is within easy reach of public transportation and located in a quiet residential area on a pretty canal. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a good variety of food options and we appreciated the automatic front door for easy access.

Ideal location and impeccably clean place, I really enjoyed helpful staff. Bright superior queen room and the bed was so really nice. Restaurant was really nice, it had fine dishes. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Pleasant hotel, I really enjoyed its very central location near metro station and 2 stations. The staff was kind and informative, everything was excellent. The early check-in process too.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The service was top-notch - the staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the mobile phone provided, which was a huge help in navigating the city.
